How To Apply

F-1 Visa Students should follow these instructions.

Step One: Application

The following documentation is requested from students who wish to apply:

1. Fully completed and signed Application
2. $500 Registration and Administrative Fee
3. A signed Records Request Form (if transferring from another school)
4. Unofficial transcripts of grades and standardized test scores (if available)

Step Two: Processing

Acceptance is based on academic performance and standardized test scores from previous schools. If there is a question regarding a student’s ability, students may be required to come to the Fairfax Christian School campus for additional testing.

The Fairfax Christian School does not accept students with discipline problems.

Once the application is processed and the student is accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter from the school.

Step Three: Before You Start

Before attendance, the following must be submitted:

1. Proof of Identity (copy of birth certificate or copy of passport)
2. Proof of Medical Examination and Immunizations Virginia Health Form (filled out by child’s physician).
3. Virginia Immunization Exemption Form (if applicable). See the Virginia Immunization Requirements for details.
4. Signed Illness Pick-Up Agreement
5. Signed Handbook Policy Acknowledgement Form
6. Tuition payment
